Job Title: Long-Term Sub: Grade 2 Teacher 2026-27

Date Available: October 2026 through January 2027

Description: This job will be coverage for a 2nd grade regular education classroom from October 2026 through January 2027 . Collaboration and teamwork are integral parts of the job. Expectations include working with other teachers and staff to best meet the needs of students. Experience with children with a variety of developmental needs preferred. Experience with, or knowledge of Math In Focus, Units of Study in Reading and Writing, Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports, and Social/Emotional Learning are preferred.

Qualifications

• Maine Department of Education Elementary Teacher Certification.
• Current fingerprinting (CHRC) Classroom teacher experience required.
