Logistics Coordinator (Construction & Interior Fit-Out)

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage the pickup and delivery of construction and interior fit-out materials. The ideal candidate will ensure materials are collected and delivered to project sites on time while coordinating with suppliers, drivers, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate the pickup and delivery of construction materials.
• Assign and manage drivers for timely transportation.
• Ensure all materials are delivered to project sites as per schedule.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse staff, and project managers.
• Track deliveries and resolve any transportation delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and logistics documentation.
• Monitor inventory movement and update the ERP system.
• Ensure compliance with company logistics and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, preferably in the construction or interior fit-out industry.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and site logistics.
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deliveries and prioritize urgent requests.
• Proficiency in ERP software is essential.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in construction or fit-out logistics.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
