Logistic Manager

Education:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:- 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, or supply chain operations as a managerial role.

Job Description:-

• Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end logistics and distribution operations.
• Oversee inbound and outbound transportation to ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with warehouses, supply chain, production, procurement, and retail teams to ensure smooth product flow.
• Manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers, transport vendors, and freight partners.
• Monitor logistics costs and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods in accordance with business requirements.
• Track shipments, resolve logistics issues, and minimize delivery delays.
• Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient stock management.
• Prepare logistics reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and transportation laws.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in logistics processes.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
