About the role
MNT-Halan is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Live Operations Intern to support the Logistics team.
What You'll Do:
- Support the Logistics team in monitoring daily delivery and fulfillment operations.
- Monitor order dispatching, delivery progress, and operational exceptions.
- Coordinate with delivery, warehouse, and customer support teams to resolve operational issues.
- Support the investigation of delivery delays and service failures.
- Help identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and operational performance
What We're Looking For:
- Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Supply chain Management, Logistics, Commerce or any related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
