We are looking for a passionate, skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our team and help bring our vision to life. In this role, you will work in a beautifully designed, modern facility using exclusively natural and thoughtfully sourced products to deliver treatments that go beyond the surface. From luxurious facials to holistic skin care rituals, every service at Naturalistic is crafted to nurture the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. You will also have exclusive access to our signature salt room, offering clients a one-of-a-kind halotherapy experience that sets Naturalistic apart from any other wellness destination in the area.

Qualifications

• Provide high‑quality therapeutic, relaxation, and specialty massages tailored to each client’s needs
• Maintain a calming, professional treatment environment with exceptional client care
• Incorporate natural oils, balms, and botanical products into services
• Educate clients on wellness practices, after‑care, and product recommendations
• Uphold all Florida Board of Massage Therapy sanitation and safety standards
• Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
