Licensed Esthetician

We are seeking a licensed and passionate Esthetician to join our team at Essentials Spa of Lakeland. This role involves providing a range of skin care treatments and services, helping clients look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing facials, waxing, and other skincare treatments
• Consulting with clients to assess their skin needs and recommend appropriate services
• Educating clients about skincare products and home care routines
• Providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Potentially providing makeup application, body treatments, or other spa services, depending on the employer

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Florida Esthetician or Cosmetology license
• Experience in a spa (at least 1 year)
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Desired Skills:

• Experience with specific skincare treatments, such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion.
• Ability to upsell and promote skincare products and services
• A passion for esthetics and continuous learning
