Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate, professional, and client-focused Licensed Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in body contouring treatments, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals. This role involves performing non-invasive body sculpting procedures, and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive body contouring treatments including:
• Ultrasonic Cavitation
• Radio Frequency (RF) Skin Tightening
• EMS Body Sculpting
• Lipo Sculpt Lite
• Therma-Lift Treatments
• Red Light Therapy
• Conduct client consultations and assessments.
• Educate clients on treatment options, expectations, and aftercare.
• Create customized treatment plans based on client goals.
• Take and maintain before-and-after photos and treatment records.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and stocked.
• Maintain compliance with all Florida regulations and spa policies.
• Recommend treatment packages and memberships.
• Build client relationships that encourage retention and referrals.
• Stay current on industry trends and new treatment technologies.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Aesthetician License required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in aesthetics, med spa, or body contouring preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with body contouring devices is a plus, but training may be provided.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in consultative sales.
• Knowledge of skin care products and treatments.
• Ability to confidently explain treatment benefits and package options.
• Strong attention to detail and client satisfaction.
