Learning Consultant – B2C Sales

MediLearn Tech Skills Training LLC is an innovative training institute in the UAE offering industry-relevant certification programs in areas such as AI, cybersecurity, healthcare management, education, and technology skills.

We are looking for highly motivated Learning Consultants who are passionate about helping students choose the right career programs and converting inquiries into enrollments.

Role Overview: As a Learning Consultant (B2C Sales), you will guide prospective learners in selecting the right training programs while driving course enrollments through consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads via inbound inquiries, outreach (calls, WhatsApp, emails), referrals, and networking.
• Understand learners’ career goals and recommend suitable training programs.
• Conduct consultations to guide learners on courses, certifications, and career outcomes.
• Drive sales end-to-end: lead generation, follow-ups, and closing enrollments.
• Maintain CRM data and track sales activities.
• Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic teams for smooth onboarding.
• Build strong learner relationships to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
• Stay updated on programs, industry trends, and certifications.

Key Result Areas (KRA):

• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
• Drive revenue through successful course enrollments.
• Maintain high lead-to-enrollment conversion rates.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and strong engagement with prospective learners.
• Support learner acquisition and retention through effective outreach and relationship building.
• Keep CRM updated for accurate pipeline tracking.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in education counseling, training program admissions, or telesales (experience in the training/learning industry preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills.
• Comfortable with calls, follow-ups, and guiding prospective learners.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM systems, or Google Sheets.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
