Seeking Lead Teacher - Computer Kids Day Care

Location: 2243 N. 20th Street

Pay 17.00 - 20.00 pr hr

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday , 8am to 5pm

Computer Kids Daycare is a 4 keystone child care center. We are seeking a caring, dependable Lead Teacher to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and development
- Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior
- Incorporate play-based learning into daily activities

REQUIREMENTS

- Previous experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom setting
- First aid certification is preferred
- CDA or Degree in Human services field
