About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Electrical Project Engineer to oversee the full lifecycle of complex electrical infrastructure initiatives. You will drive technical excellence, manage cross-functional collaboration, and ensure that high-impact engineering solutions are delivered successfully.

• Direct end-to-end electrical engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fiscal targets.
• Define project scope and technical deliverables in partnership with multidisciplinary teams.
• Architect comprehensive project roadmaps, including resource distribution and proactive risk mitigation strategies.
• Track performance metrics and pivot project execution to maintain momentum and quality standards.
• Facilitate transparent communication with key stakeholders regarding project health and milestone achievements.
• Uphold rigorous adherence to electrical safety codes and industry-standard compliance frameworks.
• Cultivate team expertise by mentoring junior staff and sharing technical project management best practices.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience managing electrical engineering projects.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale technical initiatives from inception to final delivery.
• Deep understanding of electrical systems design and modern project management methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency with industry-standard project management software and documentation tools.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems with high attention to detail.
