Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor with GCC experience in the construction/contracting industry, preferably with high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate should be available for immediate joining and possess strong technical knowledge of modern surveying equipment and construction surveying practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform land and construction surveys for high-rise building and infrastructure projects.
• Set out building lines, levels, coordinates, and benchmarks as per approved drawings.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including Total Station, GPS, GNSS, Theodolite, Auto Level, and related instruments.
• Conduct topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys.
• Verify survey data and ensure accuracy of measurements and calculations.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to support construction activities.
• Prepare survey reports, drawings, and documentation.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure work is executed according to project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Plan, organize, schedule, and coordinate surveying activities efficiently.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of GCC experience in construction/contracting companies.
• Experience in high-rise building projects is highly preferred.
• Proficient in operating Total Station, GPS, GNSS, Theodolite, Auto Level, and surveying software.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, layouts, and surveying techniques.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid GCC driving license is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
