About the Role:
Join Rainbow Transgenic Flies Inc as a Lab Assistant in Camarillo, CA, where you'll play a supportive and important role in the research lab.
Responsibilities:
- Wash laboratory bottles, glassware, and dispose of biological waste according to regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the washing area
- Follow basic laboratory cleaning procedures
- Assist with other simple laboratory housekeeping tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and effiently
- No laboratory experience required; training will be provided
Schedule:
- Approximately 6 hours per week
- Flexible schedule (days and times can be arranged)
