Position
Junior Recovery Officers (Female)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.
- Ensure a smooth recovery cycle by collecting outstanding payments within the due timeline.
- Conduct follow-up communications through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to recover payments.
- Monitor unpaid accounts and prepare weekly/monthly recovery reports for the Recovery In-Charge.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Up to 25 years
Experience
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in:
- Client Relationship Management
- Customer Care
- Operations (preferred)
Education
- Minimum Intermediate qualification.
- Bachelor's degree holders will be preferred.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
