Italian Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Italian Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the restaurant's daily operations and ensure smooth service.

Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team.

Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.

Monitor inventory, control costs, and coordinate purchasing.

Prepare staff schedules and ensure operational efficiency.

Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

Achieve sales targets and maximize restaurant profitability.

Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in an Italian restaurant.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with POS systems and restaurant operations.

Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
