About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop creative interior design concepts that align with client requirements, project objectives and budget.
- Prepare space planning layouts to maximize functionality, aesthetics and user experience.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and accessories suitable for each project.
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and material boards for client meetings and approvals.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and contractors throughout the design and execution stages.
- Review shop drawings and conduct site visits to ensure design intent is achieved during project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, and AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, material specifications, and interior detailing.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Experience with rendering software such as V-Ray or Corona Renderer, and knowledge of Revit, will be an advantage.
