Interior Design Assistant

Job Overview
We are looking for a part‑time Design Assistant with a strong design background and excellent communication skills. This role supports our Lead Designer in presenting concepts to clients, gathering project requirements, and maintaining our materials library. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction, creative collaboration, and hands‑on design work.

What You’ll Do

• Present design ideas and concepts in client meetings
• Meet with clients to understand project scope, goals, and style preferences
• Collaborate with the Lead Designer and contribute design feedback
• Maintain and organize fabric, finish, and color samples

What You Bring

• Education or experience in interior design or a related field
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• A professional, client‑friendly demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Canva, etc.) is a plus

Compensation $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience
