HVAC Technician/Maintenance

Job Overview:

RGB Hospitality is hotel company with various properties in the Corpus Christi, TX area. We are seeking a skilled HVAC / Maintenance technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HVAC systems, refrigeration, and mechanical knowledge. General maintenance experience and ability with other mechanical, plumbing, electrical a big plus.

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, PTAC's & VTAC's.
- Collaborate with ownership and managers to discuss repair and installation options
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times

-Perform other maintenance duties around a hotel property, mechanical equipment, water heaters, swimming pool, etc.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in HVAC field service and certification
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems
- Ability to work with various tools to assemble, install, and repair HVAC systems
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Proficiency in HVAC/R systems
- Skills in plumbing, building, and system design would be advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
