Family Comfort Heating & Air is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced residential HVAC technician who knows how to diagnose problems, communicate with customers, and take pride in quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and service work
• Complete preventative maintenance visits
• Explain repair options clearly to homeowners
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements

• Residential HVAC experience required
• EPA Certification required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Professional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Dependable, motivated, and detail oriented
