HVAC Lead Installer

Job Summary:

The HVAC Install Technician is responsible for installing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality installations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HVAC equipment, ductwork, and system troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to determine proper installation procedures.
• Connect and test HVAC systems, ensuring proper functionality.
• Install ductwork, piping, and electrical components as required.
• Inspect and test HVAC systems for proper operation and compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Ensure all work meets local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to complete projects efficiently.
• Carries out additional responsibilities directed by leadership as needed.

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• HVAC certification or relevant training (Required).
• EPA certification (Preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of HVAC installation experience (Required).
• Experience in both residential and commercial HVAC installation preferred.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and industry regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using HVAC tools and equipment.
