In Demand Plumbing Heating & Air is growing and we're looking for a motivated, professional HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our team.

As our HVAC department continues to expand, we're seeking a sales professional who can help homeowners make informed comfort decisions while building a rewarding career with a trusted local company.

Compensation

• Commission-Based Position

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating and cooling needs
• Conduct in-home comfort consultations
• Present HVAC replacement and upgrade options
• Explain financing and payment solutions
• Build trust and provide excellent customer service
• Follow up on estimates and proposals
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Work closely with installation and office teams
• Consistently achieve sales goals

Qualifications

• Previous HVAC sales experience preferred
• In-home sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to build rapport and close sales ethically
• Valid California driver's license
• Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and CRM software
