We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful HR Generalist to join our team in Oman. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting HR operations, ensuring compliance, driving employee engagement, and contributing to a positive work culture. This role requires versatility across multiple HR functions including recruitment, performance management, policy implementation, and employee relations.

🎯 Key Responsibilitie

• sAssist with the recruitment process, onboarding, and employee orientatio
• nSupport performance appraisal systems and training initiative
• sAdminister HR policies and procedures in compliance with Omani labor law
• sHandle employee queries and provide guidance on HR practice
• sMaintain accurate employee records and HR database
• sCollaborate with departments on organizational development and workforce plannin
• gAssist in payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administratio
• nEnsure workplace compliance and assist with audits or regulatory reportin
• gSupport office licensing/ required registration and liaise with government authorities to ensure regulatory and timely compliance

✅ Qualifications & Skil

• lsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fie
• ld2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the GCC regi
• onStrong understanding of Oman labor laws and HR practic
• esExcellent communication and interpersonal skil
• lsProficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Sui
• teAbility to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environme
• ntFluent in English; Arab
