HSE Officer

We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer with a strong Facility management background in the UAE to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across our operations. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to UAE HSE regulations, promote a strong safety culture, and support the implementation of company HSE policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, client requirements, and company standards.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE training for employees.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor the use of PPE and ensure safe working practices at all sites.
• Prepare HSE reports, maintain safety records, and support internal and external audits.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, drills, and first aid arrangements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE HSE experience, preferably in Facility Management, MEP, Construction, or Engineering.
• Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and industry best practices.
• Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
