• Source and screen candidates for Sales and CSR positions.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Manage job postings on various recruitment platforms.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Ensure a smooth hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous recruitment experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
