Position - HR Manager

Location - Qatar

Industry -Facility Management

Experience - 12 -15 years. Min 3-5 years of Industry experience mandatory

Looking for candidates who are handling Hardcore HR.

Note - Must have transferable Visa

Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes for both technical field positions and office roles, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding

⁠ ⁠Manage employee relations by handling performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies

⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws including wage-and-hour regulations, safety requirements, and documentation standards specific to field-based operations

⁠ ⁠Develop and execute workforce planning strategies to address staffing needs, turnover reduction, and skill development across technician and support teams

⁠ ⁠Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination, benefits enrollment, and competitive market analysis for HVAC industry positions

⁠ ⁠Build and maintain positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and retention strategies tailored to field and office staff

Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR18,000.00 per month
