HR Manager

Position: HR Manager Company: AGE Global Location: Karachi, On-Site (Full-Time)

About the Role: We're scaling from a small team to multiple employees across multiple international service brands over the next 12 months. Need an experienced HR Manager to recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Source, interview, and hire closers, upsellers, ad managers, production team
• Onboard new hires and train on company systems
• Manage payroll coordination and employee documentation
• Build scalable HR systems and processes
• Handle employee relations, retention, and performance management
• Compliance with local labor laws

Requirements:

• 3+ years HR experience, preferably in agency or IT services
• Experience hiring at scale (10+ hires/month minimum)
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, payroll platforms, recruitment tools
• Strong English communication
• Highly organized and process-driven

Schedule: US shift 9 PM – 6AM PKT, on-site Karachi
