Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Jackson Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to support the daily operations of our Housekeeping Department. This position plays a key role in maintaining guest room cleanliness, ensuring brand standards are met, and providing leadership and support to the housekeeping team.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys leading by example in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and support Housekeepers, Housepersons, and Laundry Attendants.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met.
• Assist with daily room assignments and departmental operations.
• Train, coach, and support team members to promote productivity and service excellence.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready on time.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service concerns.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and report inventory needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and brand standards.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments as needed.
• Perform housekeeping duties alongside the team when operational needs require.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience required.
• Prior supervisory, lead, or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and work effectively with a diverse team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
