Monday–Friday Day Shift

We are seeking a reliable, motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at our assisted living facility. In this vital role, you will ensure that our residents’ environment remains clean, safe, and inviting. Your efforts will directly contribute to the well-being and comfort of our residents, creating a positive living experience for all.

This is a great position for someone who takes pride in keeping things clean, notices the little details, and enjoys being around seniors. Our facility has a warm, joyful, and respectful atmosphere, and we are looking for someone who wants to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents each day.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Day shift
• No nights
• No weekends

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of assigned resident rooms, common areas, and other facility spaces.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, pleasant, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Use proper cleaning techniques, supplies, and equipment to meet high standards of cleanliness.
• Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning supplies and chemicals.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and facility cleaning protocols.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety issues, or supply needs to management.
• Work respectfully around residents, visitors, and staff.
• Maintain a positive, dependable, and helpful attitude.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience in assisted living, senior living, hotel, or commercial cleaning is a plus.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and stay on task.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Responsible, respectful, and trustworthy.
• Ability to follow instructions and facility cleaning procedures.
• Must enjoy working in a senior care environment.
