Location: The Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament (Sacramento, CA)

Dates: September 2026 – January 2027

LUMINISCENCE is an immersive, multi-sensory cathedral experience that has captivated over 2,000,000 guests across the world. Our Sacramento event takes place at The Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament in Sacramento, inviting audiences into a timeless journey through sacred stories brought to life with 360° video mapping, live music, and transformative visuals.

Position Summary: We are hiring a team of Hosts and Hostesses per night to warmly welcome guests, provide front-of-house support, and ensure each evening runs smoothly. As the first impression of the experience, you will play a vital role in setting the tone for the event.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy art, live events, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival with professionalism and warmth
• Scan tickets using mobile ticketing systems
• Distribute programs and assist with guest seating
• Answer general questions and offer guidance to attendees
• Assist with light setup and tear-down duties each night (must be able to carry 20 lbs.)

• Reliable and punctual
• Strong communicator and team player
• Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience a plus
• Must live in or near Sacramento
• Independent contractor status required

Work Schedule:

• Evening shifts: Approximately 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM on various nights depending on when shows are scheduled.
• 4-month temporary employment from September 2026 through January 2027.

Compensation:

• $22.00 / hour

Eligibility Requirements:
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
Must be 18 years or older.
