About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Safe Operations: Drive heavy-duty trucks and operate the HIAB crane safely around construction site.
- Lifting & Rigging: Execute lift plans under the guidance of site riggers and banksmen; ensure all loads are secure and within the crane's rated lifting capacity.
- Inspections & Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-trip/post-trip checks on the truck and crane hydraulic systems, reporting any safety hazards immediately.
- Vehicle Care: Perform daily checks on engine oil, hydraulics, tires, and bucket teeth; maintain cabin cleanliness.
- HSE Compliance: Adhere to strict UAE traffic laws, ADNOC/client safety rules, Permit to Work (PTW) guidelines, and use mandatory PPE at all times.
Requirements:
Licensing: Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Category 6).
Certification: Certified Lorry Loader/HIAB Crane Operator card (third-party certified).
Experience: 3–5 years of experience operating Hiab trucks
Clearances: Ability to obtain a CICPA / CNIA pass for oilfield access.
Competency: Basic English, Hindi, or Urdu communication skills
