Location: Doha, Qatar (Aura Group – Lebanese Cuisine Restaurant, Pre‑Opening Phase)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Head Chef specializing in Lebanese cuisine to lead the kitchen operations for our upcoming Lebanese restaurant under Aura Group. This is a pre‑opening role, requiring a dynamic professional who can establish kitchen standards, oversee menu development, and ensure authentic Lebanese flavors are delivered with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the kitchen team during the pre‑opening and operational phases.
• Develop and execute authentic Lebanese menus with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, and cost control measures.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards.
• Collaborate with management on menu innovation and seasonal offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef (or senior culinary role) specializing in Lebanese cuisine.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a pre‑opening environment.
• Must be currently available in Qatar with a valid NOC .
• Immediate availability preferred.
