We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our apartment community. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our residents and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the community’s exterior grounds, landscaping, and common areas
• Perform routine cleaning such as trash removal, sweeping, and debris pickup
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal and leaf cleanup
• Monitor the property for safety hazards and report maintenance concerns
• Support the maintenance team with general upkeep tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
• Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
• Prior groundskeeping or landscaping experience preferred, but not required
