About CHOPS

CHOPS General Trading LLC is a Dubai-based corporate gifting and promotional merchandise company specializing in customized gifts, branded merchandise, premium gift sets, packaging, event giveaways, and promotional products.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Printing Production Specialist who combines strong creative design skills with practical knowledge of printing, branding, and production.

This is not only a social media design role. You should be comfortable taking a project from client brief → product mockup → approval → print-ready artwork → final production.

Key Responsibilities

- Create realistic product mockups with client logos and branding.

- Design gift boxes, sleeves, inserts, packaging, cards, stickers, ribbons, and promotional kits.

- Prepare professional product presentations, catalogues, and client proposals.

- Prepare accurate vector and print-ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator.

- Work with supplier templates, packaging dielines, printable areas, bleed, margins, and production specifications.

- Work confidently with CMYK, RGB, Pantone, spot colours, vectors, outlines, and high-resolution artwork.

- Recommend suitable printing/branding methods based on product material, logo, quantity, and required finish.

- Coordinate artwork with sales teams, suppliers, printers, and production teams.

- Review samples and identify issues with colour, positioning, sizing, alignment, engraving, or print quality before bulk production.

- Support occasional digital marketing designs such as social media posts, banners, flyers, catalogues, and presentations.

Printing & Branding Knowledge

Candidates should have practical experience with several of the following:

Screen Printing | Pad Printing | UV Printing | UV DTF | DTF | Sublimation | Heat Transfer | Vinyl | Laser Engraving | Embroidery | Embossing/Debossing | Foil Stamping | Digital Printing

You should understand how branding methods differ across materials such as metal, stainless steel, plastic, glass, ceramic, fabric, PU leather, paper, wood, acrylic, and recycled materials.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, printing, corporate gifting, promotional products, packaging, signage, or advertising production.

- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

- Strong understanding of vector artwork and print-ready file preparation.

- Knowledge of Pantone, CMYK, RGB, bleed, resolution, dielines, and printing specifications.

- Ability to create and modify packaging dielines.

- Strong attention to logo placement, measurements, colours, spelling, and brand guidelines.

- Able to handle multiple urgent mockups and revisions accurately.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

Good to have: CorelDRAW, Adobe InDesign, Canva, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or AI-assisted design tools.

Previous experience with corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, printing presses, packaging, signage, or merchandise branding is strongly preferred.
