Graphic Designer

We are a well-established printing, signage and advertising organization with 20 years of experience in Dubai, looking for a creative and technically strong Graphic Designer to join our team.

This position is ideal for a designer who understands not only how to create attractive artwork, but also how to prepare designs correctly for digital printing, large-format printing, signage, vehicle branding and other print production applications.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced printing environment and handling multiple jobs while coordinating closely with the production and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Create professional designs and artwork for:
• Signage and signboards
• Vehicle branding and fleet graphics
• Banners and large-format graphics
• Posters and promotional displays
• Stickers and vinyl graphics
• Brochures, flyers and catalogues
• Business cards and stationery
• Retail and point-of-sale materials
• Exhibition and event graphics
• Packaging and other printed materials
• Prepare accurate print-ready artwork according to production requirements.
• Check artwork dimensions, resolution, bleed, colour modes and image quality before production.
• Create and modify vector artwork, logos and graphics.
• Recreate low-resolution artwork and convert files into production-ready vector formats where required.
• Make corrections and modifications to artwork supplied by customers.
• Prepare artwork according to actual site measurements and production specifications.
• Understand CMYK, Pantone colours, colour matching and print output requirements.
• Prepare cut files and artwork for vinyl cutting and plotting where required.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs can be manufactured correctly.
• Work with sales staff to understand customer requirements and translate briefs into finished artwork.
• Make artwork revisions based on client feedback.
• Maintain proper file organization and job records.
• Check final artwork carefully before releasing jobs for production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting production deadlines.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of Graphic Design experience, preferably within a printing, signage or advertising company.
• Previous experience in the UAE printing or signage industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• CorelDRAW
• Good understanding of printing and pre-press requirements.
• Experience preparing artwork for large-format printing, vinyl graphics and signage.
• Strong understanding of file sizes, resolution, bleed, cutting lines and colour modes.
• Ability to work accurately using dimensions and measurements.
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify artwork or production errors before printing.
• Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with production and sales teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent jobs.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Candidates must provide a portfolio showing relevant print, signage or branding work.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
