We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to own the visual identity of the DEO across everything we create. This fully remote Graphic Designer will be a brand guardian, a fast and versatile creator, and a collaborator who can turn ideas into polished, on-brand design that elevates the experience for our members, events, and audiences.
What you’ll do as a Graphic Designer:
- Own and protect the DEO brand across all materials, ensuring consistency in colors, typography, and voice
- Design a wide range of assets including slide decks, workbooks, onepagers, social graphics, email creative, and event materials
- Partner with marketing, coaching, and leadership teams to translate ideas into clear, compelling visuals
- Create and maintain branded templates that empower the team to produce onbrand work quickly
- Manage multiple projects from concept through final delivery, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Prepare files for print and digital, and support live event branding and signage
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field preferred, but not required
- Three years’ experience in a graphic design role where you owned projects end to end
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva; motion or presentation design a plus
- A strong portfolio demonstrating branddriven design across print and digital
- Detailoriented and systemsminded with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills with all areas of the organization, both internally and externally
- Proficient with Google Workspace and Claude and the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Stable work history demonstrated on your resume
