Job Description:
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Lead and oversee the visual direction of the company’s brand across digital and offline channels.
- Develop creative concepts and campaigns aligned with company and department objectives.
- Ensure consistency across all visual communications including social media, website assets, presentations, videos, events, internal campaigns, sales collaterals, and print materials.
- Design and develop high quality corporate presentations, executive decks, proposals, and customer-facing materials.
- Prepare UI/UX mockups, wireframes, demo screens, and visual concepts for proposals, customer pitches, and solution presentations.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, short videos, reels, and multimedia assets for digital campaigns and corporate communications.
- Support video production activities including storyboarding, editing, subtitles, transitions, sound alignment, and AI powered video generation.
- Support photography and media coverage for corporate events, internal activities, leadership engagements, and marketing campaigns, including photo selection, editing, and content preparation for social media, PR, and corporate communications.
- Work closely with external photographers, videographers, production agencies, and printing vendors to ensure high quality brand aligned outputs.
- Translate complex technology and AI concepts into visually compelling and easy to understand creative assets.
- Support the development of visual storytelling for AI offerings, digital transformation services, and corporate solutions.
- Create designs for events, exhibitions, booths, rollups, giveaways, signage, and other branding materials.
- Prepare artwork and production ready files for printing vendors and external suppliers.
- Contribute to enhancing the company’s digital presence across website and social media platforms.
- Ensure creative outputs align with the company’s brand positioning, tone, and market presence.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, corporate communications, HR, business units, and leadership teams.
- Guide and mentor junior designers and external creative vendors when needed.
- Stay updated on design trends, motion design, AI powered creative tools, photography trends, UI/UX trends, and B2B technology branding best practices.
- Manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and timelines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Job Requirements:
Must have professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Media Arts, UI/UX Design, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in creative design, branding, or art direction roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital campaigns, social media, presentations, motion graphics, video editing, photography, UI/UX concepts, and corporate design.
- Experience within technology, software, B2B, AI, or digital transformation industries is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of corporate branding and visual identity systems.
- Experience in designing executive PowerPoint presentations, customer proposals, UI/UX mockups, and corporate storytelling materials.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Acrobat.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint, Figma, Canva, and AI powered creative and video tools such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, and similar platforms.
- Experience in video editing, motion graphics, photography coverage, UI/UX mockups, print production, social media content creation, and event branding materials.
- Knowledge of print production requirements, packaging artwork, and vendor coordination is a plus.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, social media formats, responsive design, and digital marketing assets.
- Strong communication, creativity, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
