Graphic Design Layout Artist / Production Assistant

We are a fast-paced, customer-focused graphic design and product personalization company seeking a Full-Time In-House Graphic Design Layout Artist / Production Assistant to join our team.

We specialize in creating personalized products, awards, and recognition items for a wide range of clients, from local schools and organizations to large corporations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats to help get the job done.

Position Overview

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role involving graphic layout, artwork preparation, proofing, and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent spelling and proofreading skills, basic math skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in a busy production environment.

Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing customer artwork, logos, and text for production
• Converting raster or pixelated artwork into clean vector formats
• Creating and adjusting layouts based on product specifications and production limitations
• Proofreading names, text, dates, logos, and layouts for accuracy
• Assisting with personalization of products using engraving and full-color printing equipment
• Supporting production workflow as needed
• Maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW and/or Adobe Illustrator is required
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus
• Strong spelling, proofreading, and attention-to-detail skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to follow specifications and production requirements
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy
• Willingness to assist in multiple areas as needed
• Experience with engraving, screen printing, vinyl printing, or full-color product printing is a plus
• Valid New Hampshire driver’s license is required

This is an in-house position only. Remote work is not available.
