General Accountant

Ensure accurate financial records through income audits, cashiering controls, and accounts receivable processes

Perform daily operational audits and verify revenue, adjustments, rebates, complimentary services, and cash transactions

Monitor inventories, spoilage reports, warehouse issues, and purchasing procedures to ensure compliance with company standards

Support month-end reporting, financial reconciliations, and preparation of finance reports

Work closely with all hotel departments to maintain financial accuracy and minimize operational risks

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hotel policies, and UAE legal requirements

Requirements and skills

Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Accountant, Income Auditor, or in a similar role within a luxury hotel

Strong knowledge of Income Audit, General Cashiering, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger

Proficiency in IDS, Micros, Microsoft Office, and hotel financial systems

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail

A proactive, organized, and reliable team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
