General Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable General Accountant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.

Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.

Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.

Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.

Ensure compliance with accounting principles and UAE regulations.

Support VAT filing and audit preparations.

Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Accountant or similar role.

Proficiency in accounting software.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
