Gen AI Lead – LangChain Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Lead with deep LangChain expertise to join our growing AI team in Pleasanton, CA. You will lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of LLM-powered applications using the LangChain ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable LangChain-based applications and pipelines
- Lead technical direction for LLM application development across the team
- Integrate LangChain with external data sources, APIs, and vector stores
- Drive prompt engineering, chain optimization, and LLM evaluation strategies
- Mentor and guide junior AI engineers in best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on AI product roadmaps
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall software/AI/ML engineering experience
- 3+ years of production experience with LangChain or equivalent LLM frameworks
- Strong Python skills; experience with LLM APIs and embedding models
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.)
- Experience with agentic patterns, tool calling, and memory management in LangChain
- US Green Card or Citizenship required
- Must be willing to work onsite in Pleasanton, CA
