Full-Time Nanny ResponsibilitiesChildcare & Development

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for a 2-year-old child
• Create age-appropriate educational activities and learning opportunities
• Support early childhood development through structured play
• Encourage independence, confidence, and social-emotional growth
• Plan engaging indoor and outdoor activities
• Promote learning through play in a screen-free environment
• Maintain consistent routines and schedules

Household & Child-Related Tasks

• Children's laundry
• Toy and playroom organization
• Child meal preparation
• Tidying children's spaces
• Assisting with child-related household duties during nap times

Ideal Nanny Candidate

The family is searching for a professional nanny who is:

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Experienced with toddlers and early childhood development
• Proactive and able to take initiative
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Warm, engaging, and patient
• Comfortable collaborating with parents
• Creative in planning educational and developmental activities
• A confident swimmer preferred due to the family's pool
• Open to occasional future travel opportunities (not required)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years
• At least 3 years of professional childcare experience
• Experience as a nanny, preschool teacher, daycare teacher, childcare provider, or early childhood educator
• Montessori experience preferred
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Reliable personal transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to provide two professional childcare references
• Ability to successfully pass a background check
