About the role
Life Well Cadence Laboratories is seeking an MLS/ MLT Generalist to join our high-complexity clinical laboratory.
Schedule & Pay
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (weekends as needed)
- Lab open from 8 am - 9pm
- Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Perform and report Moderate and High complexity testing in the following areas:
- Clinical Chemistry
- Hematology
- Immunology
- Toxicology
- Molecular
- Phlebotomy
- Follow all SOPs for specimen handling, testing, and result reporting
- Maintain quality control, calibration, maintenance, and error logs
- Ensure compliance with CLIA, laboratory quality, and safety standards
- Identify and resolve testing issues or escalate to supervisory staff
- Communicate effectively with laboratory staff and management
Qualifications
- Certification: MLS(ASCP) or MLT (ASCP) or equivalent (required)
- Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) from an accredited school or
- Bachelor’s degree Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) from an accredited school
- TN Licensure
Additional Skills Preferred
- Speak Spanish
- Phlebotomy
