Job Title : Full-Stack Programmer (Female)

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack application development.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 8+, Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, and Go (Golang).
• Experience with frontend technologies including React, Angular, Next.js, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.
• Strong backend development experience using ASP.NET Core, Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, Laravel, or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in developing RESTful Web APIs, GraphQL APIs, Web Services, Microservices, and API integration.
• Strong knowledge of Entity Framework Core (EF Core), LINQ, ORM concepts, and database optimization.
• Proficiency in database design and development using Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or similar AI coding assistants.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM services (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI) into enterprise applications, including AI chatbots, document processing, workflow automation, intelligent search, and AI-powered business solutions.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI Agents, and AI automation frameworks will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with authentication and security concepts such as JWT, OAuth 2.0, Identity Management, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Domain knowledge of Real Estate, Contracting, and Construction business processes is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
