Job Summary:
This role is responsible for the safe operation of commercial collection vehicles for commercial front load trash pickup routes as well as residential side load curbside trash pickup routes. You’ll be expected to maintain a high level of customer service while keeping safety a top priority. Hourly pay based on experience level.

Responsibilities:

• Operate front load and/or side load garbage trucks in a safe and efficient manner
• Complete assigned routes within designated time frames
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Dump contents at approved disposal facilities
• Communicate route or safety issues with dispatch or supervisors
• Keep equipment clean and in good working condition
• Provide excellent service to customers and represent Patriot Disposal Phoenix professionally

Requirements:

• Front Load and/or Side Load experience
• Valid CDL Class B (minimum), with air brake endorsement
• Clean MVR and current DOT medical card
• Previous waste industry experience
• Ability to work early morning shifts
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
