Front Desk

Position Overview:

We are a growing medspa clinic focused on delivering high-quality waxing services and advanced skin care treatments, with a strong emphasis on client experience and excellence. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, professional, and high-end client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule appointments via phone, in person, and online platforms
• Answer phone calls, messages, and client inquiries across all communication channels
• Process client payments at checkout
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area (including coffee station and bathroom)
• Offer water and coffee to clients during wait time
• Support sales by assisting with services, product and package recommendations
• Assist with general front desk and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (required)
• Portuguese required
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and basic office software (required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to confidently interact with clients
• Sales-oriented mindset with ability to support product recommendations and package upgrades
• Highly organized, punctual, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Prior front desk, medspa, or customer service experience is a plus (training provided)

Work Schedule:

• Part-time: 4.5 hours per day
• Monday–Friday: 10:00am–2:30pm or 2:30pm–7:00pm
• Saturdays: 9:00am–5:00pm (alternating Saturdays)

Compensation

Starting at $14/hour + commission on product and package sales
