Fit-Out Draftsman

Build Mode Industries is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Fit-Out Draftsman to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed fit-out shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Interpret architectural, interior design, and MEP drawings for project execution.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, site engineers, and production teams.
• Prepare ceiling layouts, partition details, flooring layouts, reflected ceiling plans, and detailed joinery drawings.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, site conditions, and authority requirements.
• Revise drawings based on site conditions and consultant/client comments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out drafting, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D software is an advantage).
• Good understanding of interior fit-out construction, joinery detailing, and material specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
