We’re Hiring: Finance Executive

Location: Near Brookes Roundabout, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi
Salary Range: PKR 80,000 – 100,000

At Vivacity Beyond, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our growing Finance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with exposure to ERP (Odoo), Tax, and Financial Reporting.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain financial records and documentation
• Post journal entries in ERP
• Prepare bank reconciliations, invoices, and payments
• Assist in tax return preparation and compliance
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with auditors during audits
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and controls
• Liaise with banks, tax offices, and other regulatory bodies

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 1+ year of relevant experience
• Strong command of Excel, Tax, and Odoo
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
