Job Responsibilities:
- Accompany the driver for laundry pickups and deliveries
- Communicate with customers professionally and courteously
- Assist with order collection, delivery coordination, and customer inquiries
- Ensure a smooth and premium customer experience
- Support daily operations and customer service activities
