FEDEX GROUND DELIVERY DRIVER POSITION

REQUIRED WORK DAYS

LOCATION REQUIREMENT

Applicants must live within approximately 15 miles of Sugar Land, Texas.

Preferred areas include:

• Sugar Land
• Stafford
• Missouri City
• Richmond
• Pearland
• Pasadena
• Alvin

Applicants outside these areas may not be considered.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

You MUST meet ALL of the following:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a CLEAN criminal background.
• Must have a CLEAN driving record.
• Must be able to pass a DOT Physical.
• Must be able to pass a Drug Screening.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to safely lift, carry, push, and pull heavy packages throughout the day.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Must be dependable and arrive on time every day.

Failure to meet ANY of the above requirements will result in immediate disqualification.

DRIVING EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF DRIVING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Acceptable experience includes:

• FedEx
• UPS
• Amazon DSP
• DHL
• Courier Services
• Furniture Delivery
• Appliance Delivery
• Auto Parts Delivery
• Pizza Delivery
• Uber
• Lyft
• Medical Courier
• Any position requiring daily driving for a company using either a company vehicle or personal vehicle

NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you do not have at least 2 years of verifiable driving experience, DO NOT APPLY.

JOB DUTIES

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle.
• Deliver and pick up FedEx packages.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Follow all FedEx safety and scanning procedures.
• Work efficiently in both rural and city routes.
• Complete assigned route daily without constant supervision.
