Job Description:

Under the direct supervision of assigned supervisory or management staff incumbent is responsible for the security and custody of assigned public buildings; to keep building and surrounding area clean and orderly and to do related work as required.

Additional Information:

STARTING HOURLY PAY: $15.97 p/h

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

One (1) year of janitorial light building maintenance or semi-skilled maintenance experience

Valid driver&rsquo;s license (state of residence). Must meet City&rsquo;s insurability requirements

Other Conditions:

Must pass a background check.
