About the role
We are looking for a skilled Facade Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 experience in designing modern and creative building façades, with strong technical knowledge and attention to architectural detail.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop exterior façades for commercial and residential buildings.
Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and design presentations.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure design accuracy.
Select appropriate materials, finishes, and color combinations.
Ensure façade designs meet aesthetic, structural, and safety standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Facade Designer.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
Strong understanding of architectural design principles and materials.
Ability to create both modern and classical façade styles.
Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
